So today went to gym squat rack full leg press na till the end.So nobody on hack squat ok kind of piss off because rack so felt like punishing myself so put 2 plates on each side did 20 reps per set with 30 second rest for like 7 to 8 sets pumped also about pass out sweating like I stole something took a minute continued for about six more sets of 15 to 10 till legs would not move the weight then got on leg press for two sets couldn't go anymore sore as hell now. CHANGE IS GOOD IN ROUTINE. PUSH WEIGHT BROTHERS
