Sarms body recomp/recovery

Hi sorry if this has been covered before but can't find it if so.

Im coming back from surgery and rehab wrist bone and shoulder ligament. Gained a fair few body fat % in time off, Dr gave me the go ahead for starting to train again which I have this week.

Been researching sarms and seems like a great choice would be mk 2866 for recomp+ injury support and repair for 8 weeks.

And sr or gw for fat loss (can't decide currently for 12 weeks.

Then the mini pct stack for 4 weeks.

I have looked at/seen the triple stack but very wary of the s4 as I work nights driving people in an alpine environment,so eye stuff freaks me out.

So suppose questions would be does this look about right? Is it worth doing the mk for 12 weeks as well? Or just starting on the mk for now?

As said sorry if covered already very new to this and just wanted to make sure I'm not going to mess myself up.

Thanks guys this is a great resource
