Any benifit of going over 100mg of s4 daily? I'm doing 50mg am and 50mg before bed daily. No negative sides so far.

no, there are no added benefits... 100 mg is the top of the line on dosing

When I was doing just over 50mg a week from sarms x after a while I had to stop Taking it due to sides!
