"Olympic labz" is it a scam?

So I'm thinking I got scammed and should get a refund. I didn't do a whole lot of research on this "Olympic labz" company, but now that I got this thing it smells like scam to me. It's a pill form S4 first of all which lists it's ingredients as "andarine s4 and corn starch" and it looks like pills that are just filled unevenly with just corn starch... I can hardly find anything about this company at all which is even more fishy and all of the reviews are 5 star. Can anyone shed light? Should I just start the refund process?
