- I played HS sports, football, bball, track. Went to college played football for two years got injured and couldnt finish other years. I have been a certified personal trainer since 2008, ACE Certified. I have trained at LA fitness in Florida and West hollywoord. 3 locations in Michigan and pure fitness in AZ. Im really new to this i want to be able to have a place where i can get legit and safe information.
