Sarms questions

Hi all, I have some questions that I've been mulling over. the questions are,
1- how long do u have to wait to have breakfast after ingesting the lgd or any sarm?
2- can i take 0.5L of water just after ingesting the lgd?
3-in pct, what is the best moment to take clomid ? with food or without it?

You don't have to wait to take sarms bro. Before or after meals is fine. It doesn't haven't to be on an empty stomach.
Again water intake is ok. Just don't mix it. Take it straight down and you can chase it with a drink.
Any time bro! Just make sure you take your pct!

1- you can take sarms with or without food. It does t matter, and doesn't affect meals at all

2- you are fine to take water or other drink right after sarms doses

3- you can take Clomid at any time that is best for you. Some do mornings some do nights. It's up to you
