Your videos are great and extremely helpful. Would you be able to let me know how often to inject deca durabolin 250. I plan on doing 400mg a week but I wasn't sure if I just inject the whole 400mg at once or do 2 injections a week.

I'm 34 5'8 220 this is my 2nd cycle

What is your bodyfat level? It sounds to me like it may be too high for steroids

please provide your body fat so you can get the proper advice... its very aggravating when your asked for info and you dont provide it all... it makes it impossible to help...
