Good evening I've recently been introduced to Sarms by a friend after I did some research I decided to buy a cutting stack right now I'm 5"4 150 lbs my goal is to be a lean 125 as cut as possible the stack I purchased is for a 4 week cycle my question is about how long should my first cycle be ? Also while on Sarms should I still take my protein I've noticed that it is a lot harder for me to cut while taking protein not sure if it will make a difference while on Sarms
Also I'm a female sure if that makes a difference the sarms ill be taking are s4 and osterine
I really appreciate you answering these questions I could really use the help
 
Lol.. I was going to say, you're trying to cut to 125!!! But you're a female so that makes sense.

Where did you get the SARMS from? Also your Sarms cycle should be 12 weeks.

you said you bought the cut stack, which would be GW and S4, not GW and Ostarine, so which did you actually get?? ideally, if your trying to cut that kind of weight, this is the cycle you would want to run... make sure you are getting these at www.sarmsx.com Nothing can come close to the quality you are getting from them... here is the layout and it shows you the exact weeks etc... you need to realize that building lean muscle burns for fat as well... i cut all year round with extreme amounts of protein... now, as a female trying to drop 25 lbs., you don't need protein intake like a bodybuilder but you still want it as a main nutrient in your diet... you dont need a million protein shakes a day or anything like that but it still needs to be the main portion of your diet, at least exceeding 50% of it...

1-16 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-16 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 12.5 mg first two weeks then bump to 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

Well, obviously the biggest and most important thing is diet to get what you are after. Protein should not slow your fat loss whatsoever. The other macronutrients, carbs and fats are what need to be controlled to achieve fat loss with the right training regime. My apologies I purchased S4 and GW not ostarine. and thanks I really appreciate the reply this is my first time taking supplements besides the usual Protein, and BCAA's ext. so I can use all the help I can get.

yep you just have to listen, I wouldn't go into it thinking I am going 4 weeks to see how I feel, because the longer you go it just gets better and then you re-order and have to wait for shipping etc and may wait then its like starting over again. the idea is to keep the sarms running in your system continuously saturated in your body and blood for best results believe me you wont be out anything going with a 12 week so order it now

both are generally very fast acting so you will see how well they work rather quickly... i would highly recommend considering the stack layout i gave you as its so complete top to bottom and will only enhance what your currently planning... either way you will see great results but you can take it a step further with the layout i gave you...

I want to thank you for your suggestion on my last gear cycle..
I'm 5' 9" 37 y.o. and before I started my 18 week cycle I was at 145 lbs at 15% BF with a 4 week
pct of course. I went all the way up 168 lbs only went down to 14% BF but I'm not complaining..
I kept my weight at 165 lbs till I got sick and went down to 156 lbs.. I'm now sustaining at 160 lbs.

This time I want to do sarms only. I was on a budget when I did my cycle so sarms wasn't in the picture..
Dylan, I'm looking to gain 25 lbs now and take it to 185 lbs only to shed the BF down to 10% and bring the
weight down to between 170 - 175 lbs if that makes sense. I'm looking to get stronger, leaner, harder, denser and vascular all at the same time gaining more mass.. Your suggestions please Dylan would be greatly appreciated.
